PHO EVER, founded by Maria Huyen, who has 5 Vietnamese restaurants in Vietnam and in Bali. Our co-founders are 3 skilled chefs from Bali, Nepal and Taiwan, they bring a diverse touch to our menu.

At PHO EVER, we’d like to elevate the pho experience. So we use rib-eve steak slices in our beef pho and a whole grilled chicken thigh in the chicken pho. Our broth, simmered with beef bones for 16 hours and infused with medicinal herbs, is a perfect blend of nourishment and flavor.

And for the Vegetarians, don’t worry! We have tons of vegetarian options, big thanks to Maria’s vegetarian husband.
